Finance Analyst

ERM is looking for a Financial Analyst who will be based in Barcelona and will join the Iberian Finance Team within ERM Iberia.

Our consultants deliver on high-profile and some of the most technically challenging projects ranging from Corporate sustainability through to Net Zero, Climate Change and Renewable among other services.

Main Activities:

Actively support the Financial Controller in managing the daily operations, especially concerning project accounting, financial controlling and intercompany transactions.
Support the local team on the quarterly and monthly closing process, yearend audits and other corporate financial mandatory requirements.
Focus on digital capabilities, being one of the main reference person within the finance team to promote the use of new tools and foster the implementation of innovative international initiatives.
Support in matters of accounting, management procedures and accounting policies;
Act as a business partner of other departments and project teams;
Support the Financial Controller to develop an effective crossfunctional management team driving collaboration, open communication and shared accountability.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
At least 13 years of experience in International Audit firms.
Fluency in Spanish and English (other languages will be considered as plus).
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word...)
Advanced Power BI and Visual Basic skills are a plus.
