Therefore, we are building and consistently evolving our global data ecosystem UPTIMIZE to accelerate Data, Analytics and AI solution development, enable access to data and scale our activities across sectors and geographies.
A clearly defined and robust scaled agile way of working (based on SAFe) provides the right organizational set-up for this journey.
As a Release Train Engineer, you are a servant leader to our Agile Release Train (ART) of 100+ members.Your tasks will include:
- Optimize the flow of value within the Agile Release Train (ART) and foster a lean agile mindset
- Coach and train leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices
- Prepare and facilitate Agile Release Train level ceremonies like PI Plannings, ART Syncs, Inspect and Adapt Workshops, System Demos
- Align with Stakeholders, specifically building a strong partnership with Product Management
- Drive relentless improvement from a way of working perspective
- Track / Eliminate/escalate impediments and drive continuous improvement in a sustainable way
- Participate in our Agile Community of Practice
Who you are:
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT or comparable
- You have handson experience in driving agile adoption for big initiatives, ideally for largescale programs up to 200 people
- You have 4+ years of handson experience as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master
- You have 2+ years of handson experience as a Release Train Engineer
- You have strong handson experience in using agile methods/frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe at scale
- You possess the ability to explain and drive the adoption of Lean and Agile Principles across varied stakeholders
- You have excellent communicational skills verbally and in writing
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills
- You are proficient in English
- Certified SAFe SPC and/or RTE or similar is an advantage
- Understanding of the Data & Analytics space is an advantage
