Illustrate is an exciting new start up in Barcelona, with its parent company founded in the UK in 2015.

Illustrate Europe is the new EU branch with a store, studio and production hub opening in Barcelona to support and provide sustainable, ethical, and decorated products to our European customers.

We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, and driven individuals to help carry the brand forward in this exciting chapter.

The role of sales assistant will be to provide quality customer service and communication to our customers in store and online.

Core Responsibilities:

• Be a friendly face to greet customers at the store and assist with their shopping requirements
• Create visually stunning shop decorations and displays
• Ensure shop displays are restocked and current
• Ensure seasonal changes and new product releases are actioned
• Ensure care packages are received and restocked
• Manage location social media with regular posts and engagement
• Ensure store is maintained and cleaned to a high standard
• Package and distribute online orders
• Produce fine art prints and embroidered clothing
• Support general manager and directors in marketing, photoshoots and popup events when necessary

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 35 per week


Salary: 9.00€ € per hour

Experience:

• Retail: 2 years (preferred)
