Job Description:

We are searching for an enthusiastic Field Application Engineer engaged in building top service and support for our sales team in providing the best technical solution to our long-stablished customer base and contribute to our sales growth in Iberian Region, based om in our head office in Madrid.

Your strong knowledge of TPS products will add value when providing technical support for customers, sales, product management and participate in further improvement of product and services.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Technical support for the sales managers in the RFQ phase
Support channel partners on identifying and solving technical problems related to TPS and TDC products/solutions.
Identify and solve technical problems related to TPS and TDC
Technical support and travelling in Spain and Portugal
Analysis and Feedback Reports on technical/support visits and findings
Training of partners and customers
Link to the engineering, sales, and quality department
Preparation of technical documents and support on commercial offers
Project planning and price evaluation
Direct, very close cooperation with R&D TDC/ TPS, Factory and MCIS teams
Collect and provide field feedback to R&D/product management for design and feature improvement suggestions.
Support the prototyping and internal tests.
Reporting as required by the corporate management.

Qualifications:

Very good electrotechnical skills for Telecom Data center Technologies as: POD, UPS, PDU, IT Racks and Cooling solutions and for Telecom Power System technologies).
Innovative technical understanding and customer orientation.
Fluent in English
Good knowledge of project engineering processes.
Ideally you will have a strong knowledge of our customers and main stakeholders in the Telecom Industry.
Able to work independently.
Able to work in a multicultural and international matrix environment.
Able to use the standard tools in Delta's ecosystem (Microsoft tools, SAP, CAD tools, etc.)
Able to work under time pressure.
International mindset
Willingness to undertake travel when needed.
