As a working student within the Tower Sourcing & Project Management (TSPM) team, you will gain real world experience and exposure to day-to-day Procurement operations and strategic activities within our Towers module.

How to contribute to our vision

  • In the role, you shall support the definition and implementation of Procurement strategies based on conducted demand, market, and supplier analysis to ensure longterm, costefficient, and reliable ontime supply of supplier services in the required quality. This will be in alignment with cross functional partners as well as monitor commodity KPIs creating a basis for deciding on most optimal sourcing strategies and cooperation with the best suppliers.
  • You shall also generate, document and monitor relevant KPI (e.g., CNI, auction coverage, Supply Base Optimization, Lead Time, Reliability, and Adherence) and ensure the target achievement within the respective region, and thereby globally contribute to the success of our business.
  • Other responsibilities will be:
  • Ensure usage of globally defined methods, processes, and systems to achieve high process efficiency and process compliance (e.g., compliant Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process, Procurement guidelines, IT systems).-
  • Promote collaboration with Cost Value Engineering to secure successful implementations of the different innovation-based cost out initiatives by establishing strategic supplier partnerships.-
  • Foster a close cooperation with Internal Customers to guarantee customer care and early involvement.-
  • Support Supplier Management processes (e.g., qualification, selection, evaluation, development, classification)-
  • Lead operational tasks, such as Price Implementation and Cost Estimations What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for

  • Already completed first relevant internships / working student positions Wellstructured, excellent communication & coordination skills, enjoying to work in an international team
  • Strong teamplayer with the ability to work independently and selfdriven with attention to detail
  • Work experience in managing crossfunctional projects and/or processes is a plus
  • Excellent business fluency in English (verbal and written), Spanish or German is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office for Outlook & Excel, reporting, PowerPoint and datasheet creation
