- Provide technical support for planning and implementing preventive activities to safeguard workers' health and safety.
- Develop general preventive tasks related to safety, hygiene, ergonomics, and psych-sociology measures.
- Bachelor's degree in sciences (chemistry) or biosciences (biology, microbiology)
- Advanced vocational training in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP), safety specialties, industrial hygiene, ergonomics, and psych-sociology.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Training in ORP in biomedical research laboratories
- Accredited technician in self-protection planning
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within biomedical research laboratories
- Knowledge of ORP and environmental management systems
- Implementing prevention plans and programs
- Conducting risk assessments and proposing preventive measures
- Updating and implementing self-protection plans
- Training and advising staff on safety measures
- Investigating work accidents and recommending corrective actions
- Providing general training and information related to ORP
