The role:

Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted financial advisor to the department leadership teams, providing guidance on financial matters that impact strategic decision
making.
Collaborate with the departments to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
To train and guide teams in financial best practices.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and help drive growth.
Participate in crossfunctional projects to ensure financial considerations are addressed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company.
Design and implement scalable financial processes and workflows, with a focus on process improvement across multiple systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Experience with creating scalable financial processes and driving process improvements.
Experience with financial systems.
