The role:

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted financial advisor to the department leadership teams, providing guidance on financial matters that impact strategic decision
  • making.
  • Collaborate with the departments to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • To train and guide teams in financial best practices.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and help drive growth.
  • Participate in crossfunctional projects to ensure financial considerations are addressed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company.
  • Design and implement scalable financial processes and workflows, with a focus on process improvement across multiple systems.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with creating scalable financial processes and driving process improvements.
  • Experience with financial systems.
