We now have an exciting opportunity for a Digital
Communications Manager in our Spain Marketing Company, with a special focus on driving our community managment in Spain.

The role is based in Madrid.


Your new team


Your focus will be both in on driving digital communications for corporate activities in Spain specifically as well as for some of our therapy areas; and also, you will support the communications strategy for Innovation & Digital Strategy department.

The Spanish Communications team consisting of 6 people and growing reporting to the Corporate Affairs and Market Access in Spain.

**Your main tasks
**You will be an important communication counsellor for the Senior Leadership Team and the Country President to drive our corporate communications activities locally in Social Media.

You will work with a mix of internal and external communication task, and your main responsibilities are:


  • Supporting and counsel on internal communications.
  • Ensure the correct use of company branding and graphic design of corporate materials.
  • Support in corporate events for logístical and decoration.
  • Handle speaker opportunities and developing speaking notes, presentations, and briefing materials for our leaders.
  • Develop and build content for our website.
  • Community Management of Directors social media accounts.
  • Create, localize, translate and calendarize social media content in corporate social media channels.
  • Support with media monitoring and production of coverage and social media reports
  • Social media listening reports for the brands so they can take strategical decision based on this information.
  • Support on disease awareness campaigns to share them on social media.
  • Coordinate agencies.
  • Coordinate campaigns on paid media, SEO, SEM and banners.
  • To lead comms strategy, both internal and externa, for Innovation & Digital Strategy department
  • Guarantees that all activities related to the job comply with applicable external and internal regulations (policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and code of conduct).

Knowledge, skills, and experience

For this role we are looking for a colleague with:

  • 46 years working experience working on social media with internal and external communication for example in a communication department in a company or organisation, or from a communication agency.
  • Experience in counselling or creating different forms of communications material for leaders
  • Good digital skills and knowledge of how the difference social and digital platform can be used both internally and externally
  • University degree in Journalism
  • High English level
  • Have experience from healthcare sector and knowledge about pharma industry and the regulatory frameworks.
