    About the role Lead the strategy of creating the category value for our customers, making the shopping experience easier and satisfying shopper needs.

    Key responsibilities Develop and deliver Haleon category strategy per channel using insight-driven in store merchandising activities to enhance the shopper experience and satisfy the needs of targeted shoppers driving sales value & profit growth for category health.

    Development & implementation of category strategy using of global / regional category vision (Perfect Store) & strategy principles, tailoring for requirements of the local market.

    Deep understanding in the categories and data analysis Knowledge of the market, competitors, and key customers (market evolution, competitive environment, assortment, distribution, rotation).

    Partner with our customers through a neutral category approach and advice.

    Lead discussions with key customers on their category strategy, drive change and significantly improve shopper engagement at the point of purchase, category strategy, assortment and placement recommendations.

    Lead & Organize Customer Annual Meetings (Trade Days, Category Meetings, ).
    Sales Team Support identifying gaps & opportunities to create recommendations for execution.
    Monthly & Quarterly tracking's of Category KPIs (SOS, Must Stock List, National sell out, Area sell out, pharmacy ad hoc sell out )
    Working closely with Marketing and finance teams on build Category budget and ensuring right phasing and management.
    Qualifications and skills
    At least +4 years in Category, Trade, Sales or Commercial roles
    Result driven, makes things happen.
    Influencing & Energetic driven. Able to work independently and under timing pressure, with deadline management as must.
    Fluent in English Preferred. Good understanding of retail landscape, customer, requirements, and trends across markets.
    Analytical & strategic vision.
    Teamwork spirit.
