Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of company events, including corporate events, trade shows, and other promotional events
Help raise market awareness through Public Relations, Media, and thought leadership programs
Draft and edit communications materials
Support producing and launching podcast episodes in all podcast platforms. Create social media assets to promote podcast episodes.
Support the PR and marketing team with administrative tasks as needed
Take big part in social media listening, a project that aims to find endconsumer complaints on social media channels. Weekly alignment with sales to make sure these endconsumer complaints get sent to potential customers.
Strong communication with the sales team

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a masters in marketing, public relations, communications or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
English fluency is a must. Spanish is a plus
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Peopleperson, able to build impactful relationships
Interest in event planning and management
Ability to work independently as well as in a teamoriented, collaborative environment
Strong organizational skills
Any previous experience in communication, PR and event organization is a plus.
