- 6 months internship in Human Resources from May 2023

Mission:

At SanLucar we value modern personnel and training concepts to support our employees in every way and to make our company attractive for young talents.

In order to make this possible, it is also very important to manage our staff properly.

As our HR intern, you will support the correct management of personnel policies, take charge of administrative management and support tasks in the different human resources processes and departments.

Main responsibilities:

Process employee/interns/Azubis registrations and deregistrations in our HR personnel administration systems
Notifying IT, Office Management, Health & Safety, and Finance departments
Manage incidents in our Absence Programme that may arise from holidays, oncall, sickness or leave.
Management of the part of mileage and oncall, extract the data to be able to impute them to the payroll.
Foodservise: to extract foodservice data every month in order to be able to allocate them to the payroll.
Payroll data management SL Italy: collect all the hours worked by employees in Italy, in order to be able to send it to our consultancy in Italy.
Know and handle the Meta4 Absence Programme, in order to manage all the processes within it.

Your profile:

You speak
very good Spanish as well as good
English. Languages as German will be a plus.
You have a sense of responsibility in your everyday work and work very precisely
You have a quick comprehension skills
You have a fast comprehension and are
communicative and flexible
You like to work
independently and also in a
team:
International experience would be an additional plus
You can sign an
internship contract through your university or scholarship

What we offer you:

Your internship will be accompanied by a tutor responsible for your professional training and by a supervisor of internships for the organization in general.

You will also receive a personalised training plan and we regularly carry out an evaluation session in which we intend to carry out a personalised follow-up.

At the end of your stay we will give you a training certificate, including the evaluation.
