- Act as first-line support on general HR queries (i.e., absence, vacation leave, etc.)
- Assist in preparing employment contracts, contract addendums, training contracts, and job descriptions
- Upload documentation on internal systems and maintain up-to-date records
- Organize both hard and soft documents and files
- Maintain employee personal files, including tracking of any updates
- Audit employees' static details across HR databases
- Liaise with internal payroll team to resolve queries and ensure effective payroll processes
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience of at least 3-5 years in a similar role
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented
