Descripción del empleo

Devoteam A Cloud is looking to strengthen its Amazon Web Services team with a Senior
Network Engineer specializing in the AWS environment (preferred),
with demonstrated experience with Terraform.... with at least 5 years of experience overall.
The position requires going to the office in Madrid, with nice communication two days/week.

Study
Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline with an IT focus
Advanced Professional certification in network domain (CCNA, CCNP,)
ITIL v3 foundation certification

Work Experience

At least 3 years of experience in operating mission critical network services and/or communications services with high customer expectations

Experience working on Network Projects

Experience with Automation scripting and Infrastructure as code

Experience on networking on Public Cloud services (AWS preferable)

Technical/ Functional Skills
Deep understanding of running IT services in regards to technology and processes
Knowledge of existing and emerging hardware and software technologies and IT architectures
Strong competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems

Capacity to build automation scripts and to operate Infrastructure as Code.

Deep knowledge of Network infrastructure (WAN / Internet, LAN / Wireless LAN, Perimeter Security, VPN) and related products, manufacturers and protocols

Cisco ISE
Cisco Meraki
Cisco Anyconnect
Cisco Firepower

Deep knowledge of common network monitoring tools (preferably
Solarwinds)
Deep knowledge of DNS protocols and manufacturers (QIP, Infoblox, etc.)
Deep knowledge of a network of industry common management tools (
Cisco ISE, Cisco Firepower Console, Solarwinds )
Deep knowledge of proxy and web filtering solutions. Preferably Cisco Umbrella.
Broad range of understanding of ITIL, ITSM and industry best practices
Good understanding of incident, problem and change management processes and procedures as well as ticketing platforms
Proven analytical and troubleshooting abilities

Understanding of Communication services, associated technologies (PBX, IPT, VoIP, CUCM, MCU,) and related products, manufacturers (Cisco, Tandberg, Zoom,) and protocols (H.323, SIP, WebRTC, Hangout ) would be valued.
