Global Commercial Data & Analytics Manager

Job Description:
The Global Commercial Data & Analytics Manager is responsible for coordinating critical commercial data management projects as well as analytics initiatives and insights generation to answer key business questions related to market and brand performance, SFE Analytics, Pricing data or other commercial data.
Projects aim as well to define commercial analytics standards across the full organization to enable high quality data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities- Defines and implements measurement strategies with Global, regional, and local commercial stakeholders that align with the global commercial data strategy.
- Business Project Lead for Global Commercial Data Projects aiming to bring critical commercial data inhouse in a standardized and harmonized manner
- Works with IT Analytics on creating connected and automated dashboards and visualizations in coordination with commercial stakeholders to deliver fit for audience data access (e.g., Executive, regional leader, local sales rep etc.)
- Ensures insights from tools and dashboards are implemented in the markets to improve our strategy execution and customer experience
- Owns global market definition strategy as well as Business Insights KPIs
- Consistent experience in project management of development & implementation of Commercial Analytics, ideally in an international pharma/ technology/ consulting company
- Successful track record in defining analytics, data visualization and data activation strategies
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to analyze data, interpret information and trends in large amounts of data to develop actionable recommendations
- Great soft skills as be communicative, diplomate, empathic and able to convince people in order to coordinate the project team following the stablished goals
- Fluent in English
