The opportunity
This role is located in Barcelona in our nutrition division (ANI)


Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate commercial activity of the in field teams on a District level, making sure that targets are reached
  • Ensure best resource utilization and collaboration of Salesforce with other in field roles
  • Train and coach Salesforce into the new ways of working in multidisciplinary in field teams
  • Align national strategic priorities with local needs and ensure that engagement plans across districts are aligned with ANI strategy and that overall execution across district is in line with expectations.
  • Develop District Sales plan and monitoring sales reps and in field team KPI ́s and ROI.
  • Influence the opinions of key stakeholders (e.g. KOLs, high prescribing physicians,), as identified by the ANI strategy and by the activities planned in the district in field team.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues when identified in the team
  • Work on crossfunctional teams developing action plans aligned with ANI strategy

Minimum qualifications

  • University degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Preferably comes from a wide experience on the field as Sales Rep.
  • Preferably comes from a short experience in Marketing (one year, stage, PM, etc.)
  • Therapy area and market experience
