Key Responsibility

  • Internal and external coordination
  • Optimize secondlevel tasks
  • Manage Front Office for Italian market
  • Use GDS schedule changes
  • Administrate Pretravel claims

Qualifications:


Qualifications:


Essential

  • Bilingual Spanish + fluent in Italian
  • Have a high knowledge in GDS (Sabre and/or Amadeus), clear handling of reservations, changes, cancellations, refunds, and reissue. (tests will be done).
  • Experience in travel agencies
  • Availability from Monday to Sunday and Spanish holidays (rotating shifts)

  • Verbal fluency and ability to argue

  • Resolutive capacity
  • Command of computer tools.
  • Ability to work in a team and a positive attitude
