What will be your challenge?

Reporting to the Retail Project Manager, the mission of the Beauty Consultant will be to advise and sell the products of the brand he/she represents, in order to achieve the established objectives. As a brand ambassador, your responsibility is to convey the brand's values to your customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Knowledge of brand's products.
Advise and sell the products
Treatment and makeup booths
Followup and fulfilment of the sales and image objectives set by the head office.
Maintaining the brand image according to the guidelines set by the Marketing Department (shelves, merchandising, POS) as well as your own personal image.

PROFILE
**You will rock in this role if you have

Higher Vocational Training in Personal Image
Additional training in Makeup
At least 3 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor having worked with sales targets and KPI's.
High level of English and/or French
Customer and results oriented
