For this reason we are hiring a new intern to join our vibrant team, ready to jump head first into a high growth environment with lots of room for creativity responsibility.
Essential responsibilities (other duties may be assigned): Ability and willingness to follow directions given and to perform assigned task such as:
- Data entry, filing, spreadsheet management.
- Use analytics tools to assess efficacy of current operations methods such as transport.
- Update database for suppliers and clients.
- Track and manage receipt raw material.
- Enter expenses in budget spreadsheet
- Work with production staff to create inventory of items in storage
- Support Quality Manager with the correct performance of the production process.
Desired Skills:
- The ability to manage databases and Microsoft office is a highly desired skill.
- Meticulous Organization.
- High level of adaptability.
- Strong writing skills. Impeccable spelling and grammar.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork ability
Qualifications:
Minimum Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field. Administration, Economy or Logistics.
- Excellent level of Excel and Microsoft office.
- Fluency in English. Additional fluency in either Spanish, or French is a plus.
Experience Requirements:
Experience working with Microsoft Office.
Significant experience in supporting administrative and contable areas.
Conditions:
- Full time and immediate incorporation.
- Availability to sign an internship agreement.
