- Analyzing complex technical topics and definition of mitigations and technical solutions
- Technical support for Nacelles organization and especially for supplier and production quality in supplier & product qualification processes as well as technical issues
- Definition of acceptance criteria for high complex technical applications
- Creation and validation of technical and cost improvement ideas considering state of the art and market standard solutions.
- Train core competences within the organization.
- Master's degree in engineering
- Al least 4 years of experience in welding engineer
- English skills: fluent
