Job Summary:


Participate in the implementation of the Iberia Retail/Marketing Campaigns for the CPGP strategy, through the development of specific actions ensuring all the EMEA and Iberia strategic plans are correctly launched.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.


Areas of Responsibility

In the Retail area, main responsibilities will be:

  • Support Retail Marketing team to create ad hoc plans for licensees & retailers;
  • Content plans: localize Regional campaigns & Franchise assets
  • Implement & coordinate Shopper digital marketing campaigns partnering with Local Integrated Marketing
  • B2B strategy: retailers newsletter
On the specific Licensees areas, her/his main responsibilities will be:

  • Coordination of Retail / Retail Marketing campaigns with FMCG licensees.
  • Supervision of marketing and communication campaigns of licensees (promotions, instore, PR, digital or TV campaigns)
  • Coordination with other lines of business within the company
  • Support in presentations, product development, joint business planning, financial processes and communication with partners.
  • Support the implementation of Retail Marketing strategies, and manage all the actions.
  • Maximize the exposure of our licensee products' thoughtout owned media: Multiplatform Media Plans, Social Media & PR, Specific Marketing Plans for Retailers/licensees, and create synergies with TDS.
  • Implement Shopper digital marketing campaigns partnering with Local Digital Marketing Team.
  • Measure and report the performance of all shopper digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Support Retail teams in their regular meeting providing coordination of the different campaign assets: legal mentions, texts, visuals, partner's logos, banners, headlines, and offers and ensuring brand guidelines are implemented.
  • Coordinate the development of synergy materials (cinema and channel spots, retail promos).
  • Review and update planning/creative tools to ensure accuracy and timely communication to CPGP Internal & Third Party Partners Track availability of all Franchise pitches, marketing materials and product development assets for Retailers & Licencees Ensure partner websites are up to date and aligned with TWDC brand guidelines Support (and attend where needed)
  • Retail Events, promotions online & instore, etc.

Experience and Professional Qualifications Required

  • Marketing or similar University Degree
  • Good level of English
  • Excel and PowerPoint
