Job summary

We are looking for a Strategy and Transformation Consultant with a passion for innovation and the entrepreneurial ecosystem to join us, based in Madrid.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse client needs, define project scope, and design tailored digital transformation and solutions.
  • Apply innovation methodologies (Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Open Innovation) to develop actionable strategies.
  • Collect and analyse market, customer, and industry data to inform solutions.
  • Lead consulting projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and with high quality.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding business challenges.
  • Provide client training, mentoring, and empower adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborations leveraging trends in AI and digitalisation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, creative thinking, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with technology and data analytics specialists to integrate business and tech solutions.
  • Drive innovation within the consulting team and ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions, ensuring sustainable ROI and continuous improvement.
  • Update and communicate project status to stakeholders to ensure progress and quality.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in strategy, innovation, or transformation consulting.
  • Native Spanish and fluent in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex problems and deliver tailored solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Excellent communication, client relationship, and stakeholder management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of AI, machine learning, big data and related technologies, applied in a consulting context.
  • Experience with innovation and customer experience (CEX) methodologies (Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Open Innovation, customer journey mapping, VoC, NPS).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and agile environments.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and intellectually curious, with an innovative, collaborative approach.
  • Ability to train and mentor clients and identify new business opportunities in AI and digital transformation.
