Our client, a fintech in the scaleup phase, present in southern Europe and Latin Amercia, is looking for a Commercial Coah for one of their subscription in the optical retail sotres.


About the role


You will play a role in the client subscription sales and enhancing the overall performance of their optical retail stores.

Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the Optica expert.


What you'll do

  • Sell subscriptions as the Optica expert in the store.
  • Be the superuser of the system, providing assistance and guidance
  • Conduct training sessions for all store employees.
  • Provide 1to1 coaching sessions to support individual skill development and improvement.
  • Offer constructive feedback to employees to enhance their sales performance.
  • Lead kickoff meetings each morning to set goals, boost team morale, and review the previous day's performance.
  • Implement the customer journey and sales protocol process for every customer interaction from start to finish.
  • Address any questions or concerns from employees related to the subscriptions.
  • Act as the liaison between the store and the central Optica team, providing feedback and updates.
  • Take responsibility for tracking and analyzing sales results, conversion rates, and employee performance metrics.

What youll need

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
  • 3+ years of experience working as a sales representative in an optical retail store.
  • Strong understanding of optical retail products and the role of the optician.
  • You should have a proven track record of high sales performance.
  • Likeable personality with high energy and a positive mindset.
  • Creative problem solver with a focus on results.
  • Ability to adapt communication styles and leadership approaches to suit diverse employee needs.
  • Persistent with a winning attitude and a knack for finding innovative solutions.
  • Geographical flexibility for travel between stores.
  • Comfortable with math and technology.
