Vision Communication is a small SME family-owned company (team of - 7 people) that, jointly with its associated companies, manages communication strategies and content production (video, photo, web, design, events, articles, social media management) for its Spanish and mostly international clients.

We need an account manager to perform these duties:


Communication Account Management:
Video production expertise (strong asset)
Lead the production coordination for video, photography, graphic design, website, press articles, event organization and social media management
Preparation of internal budget and writing of offers for content production services for clients;
Support of the overall development, management and coordination of communication campaigns to the satisfaction of the client (including script writing);
Support of the client to disseminate the produced material to external audiences;
Coordination of the Art department as regards the production for video, photography, graphic design & websites;
Preparation of filming plans for events and coordination of the filming on site;
Management of the company's social media accounts;
Monitoring of new business opportunities for the company (Tenders, calls, etc.).
Prepare reports and factsheets (finance and content);
Represent the company at operational level vis-a-vis international customers, including European and International Institutions;
Skills and Experience required

Degree in marketing / communication / journalism, or similar
Experience in managing the communication and dissemination tasks of companies and EU funded projects;
Experience in Audiovisual Production (strong asset);
High English & Spanish level - to be a native speaker in both languages is an asset;
Working knowledge of French is an asset;
Proven ability to work and lead independently and under pressure;
Proven skills in assessing needs, planning, prioritising, multitasking;
Business-oriented and strong client relationship skills;
Strong written and oral communication skills;
Knowledge of the Adobe package is an asset


Conditions:
Hybrid workplace, in our offices in Barcelona (3 days at the office, 2 from home).
Remuneration based on experience


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 3 months


Salary: 1,300.00€ - 1,600.00€ per month
