Your Tasks:

• Responsible for overseeing the daytoday operational effectiveness & performance of our Popup Stores. You will be also responsible to lead, motivate, and support the Popups Promoters to achieve their targets and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Responsible for setting clear goals and expectations and for providing ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to help team members develop their skills and improve their performance.
• Ensure the best user experience possible, in each phase of the consumer journey in this Marketing Channel.
• Share bestpractice and proactively look for different initiatives to improve channel performance
• Prospecting for new Shopping Centers where DR SMILE can explore new audiences.
• Impulse, spread and guarantee that the values of DR SMILE are properly internalized among the Popup team
• Work in consumer activation initiatives. Support the execution and coordination of market activation initiatives.
• Work closely with the rest of the funnel stakeholders to ensure the sales targets & monthly performance, implement actions plans to ensure the objectives achievement
• Ensure all key communications are cascaded to Promoters in a timely manner to enable clear and communications & ensure the communications contents
• Ensure weekly operational meetings with the coordinators to check the status

Your Skills:
