You start with an introduction to our own software package (Cobra) and you get to know your colleagues and the organization.
You start your PDL training, you will be taught by our teacher and you will immediately gain practical experience.
You will learn everything to run a good, complete and timely payroll processing.
You will answer questions about pensions, collective agreements, lease arrangements, bonuses and more.
You actively think along with the employer and walk through the processes together. Where possible, you ensure further optimization.
You keep your knowledge of collective labor agreements and laws and regulations up to date through professional consultations and by following developments.
