Job Specification

Lead and manage a team of Loan Agency and Loans Administration professionals across multiple jurisdictions, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure optimal performance and development.
Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of Loan Agency services for clients, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Foster strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering innovative solutions to drive client satisfaction and retention.
Participate in the development and operational execution of the strategy for the Loan Agency business, aligning with overall company objectives and market trends.
Cooperate with the Product team to identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion within the Loan Agency space, including new markets, products, and services.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including legal, compliance, and risk management, to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Coordinate, organize and participate in meetings and conference calls required by the daytoday management of the Loan Agency and Loans Administration Operations team;

Skills Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in Loan Agency and Loan Administration services, with a demonstrated progression of responsibilities and leadership roles.
Strong understanding of syndicated loan markets, products, and processes, with a focus on leveraged finance, project finance, and structured finance transactions.
Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex loan agency portfolios.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically, solve problems, and drive business results in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including loan administration systems
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
High English level is a must; fluent French and/or German is a plus;
Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks accordingly;
Ability to take initiative;
Strong work ethic, a proactive approach and cando mindset;
