We are seeking a Junior Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in facilitating communication and streamlining processes between our marketing, finance, and legal departments.

This individual will be responsible for managing communication channels, overseeing invoices and payments, conducting basic legal checks, and providing support for finance and legal inquiries.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary point of contact between the marketing, finance, and legal departments.
  • Ensure efficient flow of information and timely responses to queries.
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain clear communication channels.
  • Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to track payments and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records of financial transactions.
  • Conduct basic checks on partner companies and vendors
  • Assist in reviewing contracts and agreements, highlighting key terms and potential risks.
  • Ensure all partnerships are documented and agreements are signed appropriately.
  • Participate in chats with partners to offer support for finance and legal inquiries.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field.
  • 57 years of experience with strong understanding in finance and legal principales
  • Proficiency in Business Central (Ex Navision) will be much appreciated
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferable
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
