Role Purpose
The role involves working within a specialized team, focusing on areas such as data centers.

It requires a comprehensive understanding and experience to operate with minimal supervision.

Key Accountabilities

**Technical Capability**. Collaborates with the team to fulfill assigned tasks. Seeks assistance from supervisors or team leaders to meet service standards.
**Equipment Operations**. Proficient in basic hardware/software setups, configurations, and peripheral operations. Conducts routine maintenance independently to ensure optimal functionality. Reports issues and monitors repair effectiveness to maintain service standards.
**Scheduling & Monitoring**. Executes scheduled tasks and handles adhoc work as necessary. Monitors job statuses to ensure accurate and up-to-date schedules.
**Business Awareness**. Understands customer needs and adheres closely to work instructions. Contributes to the successful completion of tasks within agreed service levels.
**Data Handling**. Ensures data security compliance to information security standards and data protection protocols.
**Process**. Proficient in established processes and systems within the area of expertise. Adjusts operational practices to meet site standards. Effectively communicates and documents changes, errors, or uncertainties using available tools.
**Team Working**. Functions effectively within the team, offering support and collaboration to colleagues.
**Service Level**. Adheres to service level agreements and escalates issues promptly to prevent service disruptions.
