    Responsabilidades

    • Organización, planificación y reparto diario del trabajo a todos los colaboradores/as del departamento.
    • Organizar el conjunto de actividades que componen el servicio de pisos, áreas públicas, internas, lavandería y lencería, asegurando que se presta un servicio de calidad.
    • Revisión diaria de los clientes VIP
    • Formar al personal a su cargo y transmitir la cultura y valores de la compañía.
    • Mantener informado al personal a su cargo de todas las novedades que afecten a su trabajo diario a través de reuniones en cada turno.
    • Coordinar y supervisar la realización de inventarios
    • Realizar los pedidos de material necesario y controlar los niveles de stock.
    • Control del presupuesto departamental.
    • Control de uniformidad
    • Elaboración de turnos mensuales/anuales.
    • Elaboración presupuesto anual del departamento.
    • Colaborar con los demás Jefes de Departamento en la gestión global del establecimiento.

    Requisitos Mínimos

    • Tres años de experiencia previa como gobernante/a en hoteles de 5 estrellas.
    • Experiencia en gestión de equipos.
    • Nivel Ingles alto.
    • Conocimiento alto en excel.
