We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled
Financial, Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A) for the Urban Landscape business, under the brand Escofet, which transforms cities and promotes the use of public space through the design and industrialisation of urban elements and architectural concrete.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Escofet, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our financial strategies, being a reliable financial business partner of the decision-makers, conducting continuous accurate analysis, steering and monitoring the business performance, acting as an objective challenger in the decision-making process, providing transparency and possible solutions, and acting as an active enabler in the steering process, actively promoting projects and supporting their successful implementation.

As a FP&A Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams across several geographies, analyse financial data, and contribute to our long-term growth and success.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Commercial and manufacturing controlling. Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and present actionable insights to senior management. Collaborate with department heads to drive cost efficiencies and improve overall financial performance.
  • Prepare insightful financial reports and dashboards, highlighting key performance indicators and areas of concern. Identification of operational efficiencies and savings opportunities.
  • Monthly rolling forecast and outlooks. Elaboration and supervision of Budget and Midterm Plan.
  • Evaluate business cases for new projects, investments, and initiatives. Conduct scenario analysis to assess potential outcomes and aid in strategic decisionmaking.
  • Continuously enhance financial processes, reporting systems, and analytical tools to streamline operations and improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial planning and analysis.
  • Act as a trusted financial advisor, providing guidance on financial matters, investment opportunities, and risk management. Forge strong relationships with department leaders to understand their business needs and align financial strategies accordingly.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or economics.
  • Proven experience of minimum six years in controlling, financial planning, analysis, and reporting, preferably in a industrial or export sector.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and budgeting & forecasting processes.
  • Proficient in SAP FI and COPA modules, financial modelling, and forecasting techniques.
  • High level of Spanish and English.
  • Skills: strong analytical and problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial data, effective communication with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams, proactive and collaborative, and able to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
