    Cómo sería tu día a día?

    • Supervisar y coordinar los diferentes procesos de selección a nivel nacional e internacional.
    • Definir, diseñar y realizar el seguimiento de los KPIs y elaborar informes para Dirección.
    • Liderar proyectos estratégicos orientados a la transformación y la mejora continua del área.
    • Definir la estrategia y las acciones asociadas al proceso de On-boarding con el objetivo de facilitar y acelerar la integración de las personas incorporadas en Power Electronics.
    • Definir la estrategia de atracción de talento a nivel nacional e internacional.
    • Establecer relaciones óptimas con los diferentes responsables, dando soporte en las necesidades vinculadas al área.
    • Explorar, seleccionar e implementar sistemas ATS (applicant tracking system), velando por un registro de la información rigurosa que permita tener control del estado y la evolución del área.
    • Gestión del equipo de selección.

    Requisitos mínimos:

    • Licenciatura y/o Grado Universitario, preferiblemente en Psicología, ADE, Relaciones Laborales o similares.
    • Máster o Postgrado en Dirección y Gestión de Recursos Humanos (valorable).
    • Inglés Nivel Avanzado.
    • Valorable experiencia o conocimientos en SuccessFactors.
