    Job Description:
    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Owner to lead our DAM team.

    As the steward of our DAM solution, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our Digital Asset workflow We are looking for a results-driven professional who can bridge the gap between business requirements, marketing workflow and technical implementation.

    Join our innovative team and play a pivotal role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering features that enhance our digital asset capabilities, ensuring optimal customer experiences across our consumer touchpoints (eg Media content, CRM content, eCommerce content, brand content, longform editorial content on brand websites etc.).

    Education & Professional QualificationsA degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field provides a solid foundation for understanding both business requirements and technical aspects.

    Substantial experience in a product owner or related role, particularly in APRIMO DAM solutions, showcasing a track record of successful product management, feature prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.

    Knowledge / ExperienceDemonstrable hands-on experience in building and rolling out APRIMO DAM systems in a multi-country multi-brand landscapeDeep understanding of DAM best practices, metadata mgmt.

    & taxonomy, Marketing Workflow AutomationProven experience working within AGILE /SCRUM frameworks, particularly as a Product Owner, with a deep understanding of agile principles and the ability to drive iterative development cycles.

    Familiarity with Design Thinking principles and practices to advocate for user-centric design in the development of DAM features to ensure maximum adoption & usageDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketeers, eCommerce teams, IT developers, designers, and other stakeholders, to prioritize and deliver impactful features.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions to enhance DAM solutions.
