About Our Client:

The Job:

As a junior campaign and marketing specialist, you will be responsible for developing and improving campaigns, working closely with customers to understand their needs and goals. Your tasks will include:

Acting as a trusted consultant onboarding customers
Developing PPC campaigns
Understand customers' needs and goals
Increasing spending, upselling, and sustainability
Handling a large volume of potential customers daily via phone calls

Your Qualifications:

You speak German at a native level and are fluent in English (B2). Experience in sales and/or online advertising, sales experience (not mandatory), and outbound calls is required. A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication is a plus. You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
