Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Integration Specialist to join our team. As an Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing integration solutions for UKG products, including UKG Dimensions and other UKG applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze integration requirements.
• Design and develop integration solutions for UKG products.
• Configure and implement UKG integrations using middleware tools, APIs, and custom scripts.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across integrated systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct testing and validation of integration solutions to ensure quality and performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients during and after the implementation phase.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes and solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest UKG features, integration technologies, and best practices.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in integrating UKG solutions (such as UKG Dimensions).
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and ETL tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and SQL.
• Experience with data mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and services.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in UKG solutions (preferred).
