Relevant experience handling direct corporate budget accountability
Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite and visualization tools

We are searching for a Senior Programme Manager, DSP Driver Hiring Automation who will be responsible for owning the EU-level strategy and execution of the third-party Applicant Tracking System software that DSPs across the region use to increase the speed, efficiency, and quality of their hiring efforts.

Key job responsibilities

Partner with key programme stakeholders to ingest and drive the implementation of features and user improvements and negotiate both externally and internally.
Develop and track customer satisfaction to continuously improve programme performance and evaluate the marketplace for alternative products and services.

Advance Degree
Relevant experience in product management
Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions

Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
