As a Recruiter in the Sourcing team of Teleperformance Barcelona, your main responsibilities will be:
ResponsibilitiesProactive search of suitable profiles and creation of the talent networkJob posting of the requested roles in all available recruitment sourcesManagement of the end-to-end recruitment processRequirementsRelevant Sourcing/Recruitment experience, preferably with IT and sales profiles, in international environmentsAdvanced level of English (C1)
