Your Role

Are you eloquent in your articulation and confident in both written and verbal
communication? Do you thrive in planning,
organizing, and completing tasks meticulously? Do you wish to collaborate with our numerous international partners and broaden your

Assist develop new programs, improve current processes and maintain the overall quality.

Ensure operations are running at the highest efficiency, analyze KPI's and monitor the success of different markets to highlight opportunities and discover threats.


Requirements:


  • Be a student/graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management or related fields Knowledgeable in Hospitality/Education
  • Excellent communicator both orally and written in both English and Spanish (C1 level minimum)
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized and detailoriented Adaptable and flexible to a fast paced environments (Multitask)
  • Ability to effectively multitask and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Comfortable selfstarting assigned projects and managing them independently
  • Confident and eager to engage with clients, partners and other stakeholders Legal documentation to work and reside in Spain is absolutely required (assistance provided)

Responsibilities:


  • Support the CEO duties and effectively carry out assigned responsibilities
  • Communicate with staff on the CEO's behalf and coordinate logistics with highlevel meetings both internally and externally.
  • Assist in strategic business planning and analysis
  • Lead and complete special assigned side projects
  • Be a knowledgeable resource in matters related to our business
  • Represent Placement International in a professional and hospitalian manner
  • Help facilitate clear and consistent communication between departments
  • Maintain calendars and schedule necessary meetings, calls, etc.
  • All the necessary travel arrangements (Hotels, planes, transfers, visas) including the travel support in case where needed.
