ACREW is a Superyacht marketing company with offices in the Netherlands and Spain. At ACREW we aim to deliver high-standard worldwide events that introduce professional development opportunities to superyacht captains and crew.

Captains and crew are invited to attend free workshops, discussion groups, networking opportunities, and social activities at our events at Yacht Shows, Shipyards and Marinas in Europe and the Caribbean.

ACREW also organises the famous Annual Crew Awards and the Superyacht Business Awards. Additionally, ACREW offers high-end engagement and reputation consulting services to organisations active in the superyacht sector.

Recently, Meridian and ACREW partnered to introduce the Meridian Recruiter Cloud Software and Database Solution to the Superyacht Industry. The Recruiter Cloud is the crew hiring process reimagined and connects employers to the top recruiters around the world.

For this partnership, we are building a sales team that will focus on the target audience Captains, Heads of Departments and Management Companies.

The role
You will be given the responsibility to find new clients and manage the accounts of these clients. You will present, promote, and sell the Recruiter Cloud and the Meridian Database Solution to existing and prospective clients. Analyse new sales potential in different geographical and sector areas.

Who are we looking for:

Commercial mindset, experience in sales is essential
Excellent written English and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated and target driven with great work ethics
Strong networking skills and preferably an existing network in the Superyacht Industry
Strong telephone skills and ability to make cold calls to potential clients
Attention to detail
Able to prioritise including time management and organisational skills
Teamplayer
Experience or interest in recruitment is a plus
