    Position : Vice President, Sales Enablement & Execution

    The Opportunity: The Vice President, Sales Enablement & Execution will be responsible for enabling new and existing client revenue growth for the corporation. This critical leadership role will lead a high performing team, focused on enhancing sales productivity. Responsibilities will include a broad set of sales support functions including planning, incentive management, reporting, training, pipeline oversight, new channel development, and pricing support. Critical to success will be the ability to partner and build strong relationships, with both internal and external clients, partners, and vendors. This role will have full ownership of the sales operations objectives to drive effective execution of business development opportunities that generate meaningful revenue and profit growth.

    What You Will Do:

  • Oversee, execute, and improve the overall sales process from lead generation to client implementation in order to improve speed to revenue and client satisfaction
  • Enhance and execute strategy to support the direct and partner sales channels across private and public sector segments
  • Collaborate with enterprise partners to lead GTM strategy including training, sales strategy, positioning, and sales support
  • Support the sales teams tactical execution with consultative support for client proposals, including preparation of RFP responses, developing negotiation strategies and financial models
  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership team to enhance and improve sales planning, forecasting and results tracking and insights
  • Pursue and manage new lead generation channels to support overall channel expansion
  • Oversee sales commission process, partnering with HR, Legal, and Finance to ensure appropriate and consistent sales targets and strategies, policies, and commission structure
  • Deliver client analytics, insights and reporting
  • Partner with B2B Marketing, Pricing, Sales, Account Management to address customer pricing deals and escalations
  • Optimize and enhance utilization of Salesforce, including ongoing development of key enhancements
  • Drive improvements in internal and customer-facing processes, systems, data reporting, and analysis
  • Optimize sales operations strategy and team structure while building a high performing team that embraces Purchasing Power's Principles: Passion, Ownership, Winning, Empower, Reimagine
  • The Experience You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Account Management, Sales, or other related fields
  • Advanced Microsoft Office, Tableau, Salesforce/CRM skills are required
  • Ability to present, partner and advise to sales teams, leaders, and executives
  • Experience in contract negotiations
  • Expertise in sales support, demand creation and pipeline management
  • Solid understanding of business, partnership, and distribution strategies
  • Skilled at influencing and working cross functionally/with other parts of the business to maximize effectiveness
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex programs
  • Adjusts well to situations and changing priorities within the business and marketplace
  • Proven oral and written communication skills with sensitivity to diversity of audiences including internal and external groups of varying sizes
  • Superior organization skills and ability to "self-start", with high energy and creative ability
