As a Senior Sales Manager you will focus on improving day-to-day clinic sales operations to support our strategic and long-term goals.

You will help setting best-in-class standards and work with other leaders to ensure compliance and that processes, training, quality are in place.

This role will require frequent travelling.


Your responsibilities:


  • Lead Clinic Sales Operations efforts across South Spain (or other designated region)
  • Work with teams in various locations on sales processes, clinic fulfilment and conversion
  • Ensure best practices & standard sales operating procedures are followed in all locations.
  • Make sure training & onboarding procedures as well as training materials are in place for the clinic personnel.
  • Provide ongoing oversight of operating activities, including development of metrics and reports, to ensure quality standards are being upheld.
  • Action proactive and reactive contingency planning for challenges and problems that may result in unusual variation to clinic visit volumes.
  • Always foster a continuous improvement ethos to challenge the status quo and make improvements wherever possible.
  • Maintain excellent crossfunctional relationships to ensure that teams efficiently deliver above and beyond company OKRs.
  • Be ready to travel across Spain

What you need to be successful:

  • Proven experience in a similar role (ideally in a large scale dental-chain company)
  • Strong B2C sales background
  • You have a good understanding of the Clinic Operations environment.
  • You are familiar with sales best practices within clinic environment.
  • You are experienced in and passionate about improving processes & operational procedures.
  • Handson approach combined with strong leadership skills.
