An opportunity for a CONFIGURATION CONFORMITY MANAGEMENT & DOCUMENTATION (CCMD) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space
, Getafe (Madrid ).

MISSION

The mission of the jobholder will be:

Follow-up, tracking and reporting of any deviations, discrepancies or Conformity & Attestation issues during the conversion of A/C of MRTT Programmes.
Conformity & Attestation statement between the delivered A/C and the specified modification of all A/C of MRTT Programmes.
Build up and conformity of the Aircraft Inspection Report of all A/C of MRTT Programmes for delivery to customer, until the signature previously to delivery to customer.
Reception, control, quality check and deliver the Job Cards to custody and/or to Customer (as Part of Delivery Documentation) and control, quality check and preparing the set of CoC/EASA Form 1 to delivery to Customer (as Part of Delivery Documentation).

MAIN TASKS:

Responsible for production and issue all the chapters defined in the Aircraft Inspection Report for complete aircraft and major components.
Monitoring and resolving configuration discrepancies between as built and as designed throughout the production cycle of the aircraft (configuration

control)

Being a key actor in the relationship with the customer during the Aircraft Delivery Process to Customer, supporting the quality aspects of the

discrepancies they found.

Paricipating in the improvement projects deployment in the FAL AD&DC
Being responsible for the reception, control, quality check and delivery of the Job Cards to Official Custody (external subcontratctor)
Preparing as part of the Final Delivery Documentation, a set of conversion Job Cards and CoC/EASA Form 1 for shipment to the Customer for each

aircraft.

SKILLS

Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
Experience in Operations, Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering would be appreciated. Configuration knowledge.
Languages: Advanced level in English.
