The Chartboost SDK is one the most widely integrated mobile ad SDKs and through the Chartboost Exchange, Ad Network, DSP and other services, we empower mobile app developers to build businesses, while connecting advertisers to highly engaged audiences.


The monetization team at Chartboost is responsible for our supply side products including one of the largest and best in class ad exchanges maximizing the revenue from ads for tens of thousands of publishers.

This team not only runs the most complex high throughput low latency infrastructure at scale but is also responsible for building products that directly impact how mobile content developers monetize their inventory and continue to thrive in the marketplace.

As the Senior Product Manager, AdFormats you will drive the AdFormats strategy for the Chartboost Exchange.

This includes how the current health of our ad formats are doing, working with product/engineering stakeholders to plan/build support for our next ad formats, and working with our 3rd party DSPs to evangelize and bring in spend on these new formats.

In addition, this individual will work closely with our business intelligence and analytics teams to analyze the business impact that these new ad formats are driving for Chartboost.


Impact you will make:


  • Analyze our current AdFormats and determine the current health (which ad formats are seeing the highest performance, which ad formats are seeing the lowest, which adformats are blocked due to technical issues, which adformats should we support next).
  • Work across key product stakeholders to determine which new AdFormats we should be prioritizing next within the Chartboost Exchange to meet our company goals.
  • Work with industry groups such as the IAB to standardize the adformat in terms of how they are requested, measured, and set technical specifications, in order to be market leaders in the space.

Who you are:


  • 3+ years of strong product management experience ideally with 2+ years in digital advertising
  • Familiarity with defining product strategy and working knowledge of agile practices
  • Proactive communicator. Know how to challenge and debate appropriately, while maintaining a lowego and teamfirst mentality.
  • Effective in data driven decision making, strong bias for action and "get it done" attitude.
  • Strong problem solving analytical skills, comfort with navigating ambiguity and making tradeoffs
  • Bachelor's degree, MS/MBA preferred (but not necessary)
