    Position - Business Systems Support

    We are looking for a Business Systems Support to join our EMEA team. You will be based in Spain, preferably within commutable distance to our office in Alcobendas. Office presence from time to time might be required.

    Reporting to the Business Systems Support Manager – EMEA, the Business Systems Support team is primarily responsible for Tier 2 support for the core business ERP systems across EMEA. ERP systems are accessed regularly by approximately 1500 users in 20+ countries.

    What will you do?

    Duties will include but are not restricted to:

  • Provide Tier 2 support for the EMEA ERP systems,
  • Log, monitor and triage requests for support from EMEA ERP system users,
  • Respond to requests for support following company procedures,
  • Provide Tier 2 support for application processes and peripheral systems,
  • Assist with daily tasks performed by the Business Systems Support team,
  • Field incoming calls/emails using initiative to help customers as much as possible,
  • Completely and accurately document all work activity in the helpdesk system.
  • What are we looking for?

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 in supporting users,
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Word and Excel are essential,
  • Extremely self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach,
  • Ability to understand IT infrastructure and general IT technology.,
  • Excellent customer service skills,
  • Good communication skills - interpersonal, both telephone and written,
  • Excellent planning and workload prioritisation skills,
  • Ability to work as part of a close-knit team
  • Additional skills that would be useful but are not essential:

  • Any European language skills would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
  • IT-related education/qualifications would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Hours of Work

    The company's standard hours of work are 9.00 am – 5.30 pm with one hour for lunch, however, due to the nature of this role flexibility will be required to meet the role's needs, especially during month/quarter ends.
