Our Diagnostics sector is in search of an experienced Key Account Manager to become part of our team in Spain.The Key Account Manager will strategically handle current business and secure new accounts to foster the growth of the Hologic Cytology and Molecular business.
What You Can Anticipate:
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth, such as acquiring new customers and expanding product usage within current customer laboratories.
- Consistently meet Sales Plan objectives.
- Oversee and sustain business relationships with existing accounts.
- Manage intricate sales operations by establishing strong connections with key stakeholders (laboratory management, medical professionals, financial teams, and procurement).
- Collaborate within a cross-matrix environment alongside the Field Applications team and Service Engineering team.
- Handle tender bids, submissions, and negotiations within the designated region.
- Formulate and implement business strategies for specific accounts in alignment with Hologic's key account management tools and procedures.
- Participate in local, national, and international conferences and events to showcase products to all customers.
- Aid in the collection of market data and insights, particularly regarding Competitive information and its effects.
What We Are Looking For:
- Demonstrated work background as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or related position, preferably with a good grasp of Diagnostics products.
- A solid comprehension of the Healthcare system and client base in the area.
- Proven capability to effectively communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders throughout an organization.
- Proficiency in handling complex procurement procedures and tender processes.
- Experience in providing client-centric solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Established ability to manage multiple account management ventures while upholding meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient verbal and written communication abilities in English and fluency in Spanish.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and flexibility to travel as necessary.
