Orion Corporation's Generics and Consumer Health organization in the Baltics is now looking for a Medial Representative to cover Vilnius region in Lithuania.

Description of role
As the Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting Orion Pharma pharmaceuticals and consumer health products. Customer base consists of medical doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals within assigned region in Lithuania.

Key responsibilities of the role include the following:

• sales development of Orion's portfolio in your region, considering customer needs and in line with Orion's strategy

- establishing and maintenance of contacts with different medical and scientific organisations, medical industry, pharmacies and hospitals and other organisations, which are important in respect promotion and increase of sales of Orion products
- actively participate in the implementation of national sales campaigns
- ideate, plan, and implement regional and pharmacy-specific campaigns and other sales and marketing activities together with your pharmacies
- analysis of the effectiveness of your pharmacies' campaigns and taking the necessary measures based on the analyses
- follow internal and external compliance requirements applied for promotional activities of pharmaceuticals and consumer health products
- plan work tasks in advance and submit reports on completed tasks according to the set process in the company

You will work in close and constructive cooperation with the Baltic States Manager, Product Managers and other people working in the same organization as part of the Orion Pharma Baltics team and the regional network.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you possess the following:

• higher education (preferably in medicine, pharmaceuticals, natural sciences or similar)

- a proven track record of successful sales work within a pharmaceutical company
- commercial and results-oriented attitude
- previous experience in generics and consumer health product sales is considered advantageously
- a valid driving license

As you will be working with customers as well as internal and external stakeholders, you will need strong collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills to succeed in this role.

You will be able to communicate confidently both in physical and virtual meetings e.g. via Teams.

You are also used to working on several projects at the same time and have a good grasp of the bigger picture.
