    Do you have around 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team leader in Billing, Collections, AP or AR? Do you speak a native level of French?

    Tasks

    • As an Order to Cash Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
    • Ensuring that the team's KPIs/metrics are met
    • Supervising and managing the OTC team, including participating in the recruitment process, conducting performance appraisals, boosting their performance and resolving complaints
    • Overseeing the region's entire OTC process
    • Gather relevant information about all the OTC processes for reporting to the stakeholders
    • Contribute to the design and implementation of new systems and business process solutions

    Requirements

    • If you have around 3 years of experience as a Team leader/Supervisor in Order to Cash, Billing, AR, AP or Credit & Collections,
    • You speak a native or near-native level of French
    • You speak an advanced level of English
    • You have an advanced command of Excel and other Microsoft tools. Any other OTC related software is a plus.
    • You have an University degree
    • You have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
    • You're flexible, organized, proactive and highly resilient
    • You're a strong team player and strive to improve processes (continuous improvement)
