Product Architect and Engineer
The Product Platform unit at Bayer AG is a key driver in the acceleration of our digital transformation to maximize business value for Enabling Functions
and Divisions by delivering valuable IT solutions to support digital products and efficient platforms.

In your new role as Product Architect (M/F/d) and Engineer (M/F/d) for SSHE (Sustainability, Safety, Health & Environment), you will be responsible to lead
ensure product design and engineering as well as solution delivery across the ecosystem to deliver value from the products.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You are the IT Product Owner for Product Compliance IT Solutions implemented as on premise (SAP) or Enterprise SaaS Cloud Solutions. Your responsibilities include planning work packages, maintain a healthy backlog of requirements following an agile/waterfall approach
You coordinate with business as well as enabling IT teams (such as Cloud platform, Data Assets, Business Intelligence, Decision Science) to further the implementation of Digital solutions for Product Compliance.
You will support SAP S4 Transformation project while balancing your key platform role ensure interim scenario for platform
You are the IT Product Owner (M/F/d) for Intelex

- here you will be responsible for implementation management, the corresponding rollouts, ensure integration with data asset platform and
be responsible for the product strategy from the IT side

You are responsible for the management of IT service providers and software suppliers (TCS, Capgemini Intelex, Frostbyte) and the monitoring of the corresponding IT functions
You plan work packages on a quarterly basis (tracking and reviews)

WHO YOU ARE

University degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable with several years of professional experience
Strong knowledge of integration concepts and related technologies (REST, Azure Data Factory, Talend, Mulesoft)
Broad and basic knowledge of product compliance processes (Product Safety, Safety Data Sheets, Dangerous goods management, REACH) and knowledge of SAP EHS solutions around these topics
Broad basic knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) relevant processes (environmental reporting, occupational safety, accident management)
Basic knowledge of SAP procurement, logistics and sales processes where there is interface to product compliance process/data
Initial experience with reporting standards (GRI, SASB, etc.)
Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills as well as structured way of thinking and acting
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
