We are currently supporting a leading growth private equity firm who are looking to add an Investment Manager to their team.
The fund invests across Europe and focuses on firms creating positive social and environmental impact across a range of themes, including; Climate/Decarbonisation, Circular Economy, Natural Capital, Access to Healthcare and Financial Inclusion.
Our client is seeking an individual who is passionate about impact investing to join their team in Barcelona or Madrid.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial analysis and market research
- Develop and present investment recommendations to the investment committee
- Negotiate and structure investment deals
- Monitor and report on the performance of portfolio companies
- Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to drive value creation
Requirements:
- Experience in PE/VC Investing (ideally with exposure to Series B),
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify and assess investment opportunities
- Prior experience working on transactions with a focus on sustainability and impact investing is a plus
