HR Administration Intern:


  • Remote Eligible: Hybrid
  • Onsite Location(s): Madrid, Spain
    About the role:
  • Personnel Administration: Creation of new records, filing, offer letters, certificates, new hires orientation, contracts, updating SuccessFactors, etc.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Issuing promotion letters, adjustments, benefit requests, monthly registrations, invoices, etc.
  • Vacation and Time Control
  • Document distribution to employees
  • Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL): Distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (EPIs), annual medical checkups, and documentation related to prevention.
  • Support in issuing and managing specific personnel reports
  • Budget requests
  • Logistical preparation of courses and meetings
  • Preparation of presentations and attendance at HR and businessrelated meetings

What we are looking for in you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ADE), Law, Psychology, or similar.
  • Fluent English (B2 level or higher)
  • Interest in the HR Administration area
  • Good communication skills
  • Resultsoriented
  • Attention to detail
  • Teamwork skills
