  • Experience in risk, program or product management in the context of: investigations management, brand protection, fraud and/or risk control functions.
We are looking for a talented Program Manager to join our team in EU.


Our team responds ad-hoc to emerging trends and business/legal needs in the region through three key focus areas: (i) risk assessment of new programs, products, new modus operandi, or new regulations, project management of local events to avoid negative PR and initiatives that drive a positive public perception and idea incubation.

In line with TSE International's vision, we strive to implement WW solutions even though insights and/or issues may come from a regional need.

Key job responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead our regional efforts in EMEA.


You will be responsible for leading and delivering innovative initiatives to drive step changes in Seller Experience and customer experience.

You will partner with numerous Amazon teams including Retail Categories, Marketplace, Product Quality & Safety, Public Relations, Legal, Compliance, Brand Registry, WW program owners, technology teams and operations.


You will be the primary point of contact for Amazon leadership on these topics and you will improve the way Amazon protects customers from abuse.


You must be able to present complex information in a concise manner, and have a track record of using data analysis to solve complex problems and support business decisions.

About the team
At Amazon we believe that customer trust is of paramount importance to anything we do. To continue building customer trust, the EU Trustworthy Shopping Experience team work with authorities, merchants, brands, vendors and customers to identify and prevent Selling Partner risk, as well as infringements of intellectual property (e.g. counterfeit, trademark, copyright) and other abuse in our product catalog.

  • High level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills with a natural tendency to use data in decisionmaking and prioritization.
  • Experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel.
  • Business proficiency in English and one additional EU language
